Verkopen de nieuwe pokémonset prismatic evolutions in de presale. Deze redelijk optijd besteld. Vervolgens krijg ik alleen een mail van paypal dat ik het geld terug krijg.

Niet eens iets van een excuses of wat dan ook erg slechte service. Daarnaast erg jammer dat de bestelling zomaar te pas en te onpas gecanceld kan worden als de prijzen fors zijn gestegen.

Leveren hun pre-orders niet. Andere verkopers destijds achterwege gelaten omdat ze het hier blijkbaar goed deden, maar niet heus. Nu alles uitverkocht is en de prijzen hard stijgen is mijn order mooi teruggestort en wordt het niet geleverd.

Overzichtelijke webshop en losse kaarten zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit. Met de uitbater zelf gesproken, altijd zeer vriendelijk, professioneel en een passie voor Pokémon! Zeker een dikke aanrader!

I am answering to your comment below from my old review because you decided to answer today.

After your mistake you NEVER offered us home delivery but instead offered us a compensation of 1€!! We have all the conversation on WhatsApp.

Bpost in 20 years NEVER mistake our adress, you DID it and never admit it. You were only blaming BPOST but never tried to find a solution to help your OWN customer!! You made us drive to the other side of the city! Even if it was BPOST mistake you DIDN’T try to find a solution!

We paid more expensive for home delivery and it was sent 1 hour away from our home.

Extremely poor customer service, shop to avoid.

I have ordered with so many other Pokémon shop online in Belgium and everything was perfect!

Beware of this company. Ordered Pokémon cards (order No. OVIBVBWWB) and paid 8.5€ for home delivery. The package was sent to a pick up point to a wrong postal code 30 minutes drive away from home. When contacting the company they claimed that they do not offer home delivery (while it is clearly offering it on their website for more expansive then pickup point) and Bpost made a mistake delivering it to the wrong commune (Bpost doesnt make such mistakes and even if they do it is not my position to claim a refund from them but the company’s). Refused to give us a refund of the delivery fees, offered a 1€ discount on the next order. I ended up paying 8.5€ and driving 1 hour for my package. Stay away!

We ordered together for home delivery and paid more for this service, the package arrived 1hour away return from home at a pickup point in Molenbeek!
I have contacted CardGameWorld to ask them help, and my surprise was: they NEVER ship any package home but always on pickup point but offer the option to deliver home for more expansive on their website! This is incredible! I don’t think this is even legal!
We had to drive 1 hour to get our package and the only answer from CardGameWorld is a 1€ discount on our next order, they are blaming Bpost instead of helping their own customers.

We wanted to do a big order for our family for Christmas, we are going to go somewhere else!!
