Came as a walk in for haircut but i decided to do treatment instead. Despite being busy, Amber took me in and was very kind and walked me throughout the process. I had another girl (i believe her name was Ness- had long beautiful dark hair) and both worked on my hair. Both were so nice and professional. I dont normally do reviews but i had a pleasant experience. Thank you Amber! Will book again! 😊💓

Since COVID I let my hair go completely grey. I’m turning 60 this year and decided I need a change. Amber was amazing! I love love love my hair. She foiled and toned my hair. The Color and cut is perfect! Highly recommend Amber.

I wanted to get my hair styled. Was told the stylist couldn’t do half up half down, all good just wanted loose curls. Me and Kara(stylist) were confidant my hair would keep through my work day(my hair is dry and usually keeps any kind of curl), as I needed my hair done to make promo videos tonight. This is my hair two hours later before starting work. I’m only posting now because I’m on break. She didn’t need to wash my hair, I was charged over 50$ and gave an 18% tip. (I was only there maybe 20 minutes) When she was curling it I felt like she was rushing, but trusted the process. Immediately I felt better having not had to do my hair, and now wishing I did it myself, because when I curl my hair I never have these almost straight curls you see towards the front. Very disappointed, I don’t have time to go home before filming, so now I have to just look like this. Hopefully make up does the trick.

What an amazing experience! I had a consultation with Ness a few weeks back to discuss growing out my hair to grey. She went over all the options and which one would be the best for me. I just came back from my appointment with her and I am so happy with the results! She asked me which option I wanted before we got started. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She was fun to chat with throughout the visit. She trimmed and styled my hair as well, all at an amazing price! I will definitely be going back AND recommending Ness and the salon to friends, family, co-workers and everyone else! ❤️

My experience was very pleasing. The stylist took the time to get a understanding of what I was looking for and I was confident with the feedback I received that I was understood and was getting what I wanted so I could relax and enjoy the service. I went in this afternoon for an appointment with Courtney and it was absolutely FANTASTIC! I went in not really knowing what I wanted to do with my hair but having somewhat of an idea. Courtney asked a few concise questions about what I liked about a picture I pulled up and quickly got to work. I’ve had bad experiences with my hair in the past, but the environment was so welcoming and Courtney was very easy to talk to. After four hours of hard work I can say I absolutely LOVE my hair. During the few years I lived in Edmonton, I had multiple appointments with Emily. She was always very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled in her work! I had silver hair, bright blonde hair, then transitioned back to my natural dark blonde/light brunette hair over the course of 1.5 years, along with several hair cut styles. In all phases, Emily took great care of my hair and helped me understand how to care for and style it. I would highly recommend booking with Emily for your next appointment!
